Kettleridge Homes Building Process

1

At the start

Get in touch!

The best thing to do is to meet so we can understand your vision and assess the site and its possibilities.

2

Concept Designs

Architects or draughtsman develop the concept designs for your feedback.

Quotes & contracts, scopes of works & guarantees are presented.

Final designs and applications for consent are submitted to the appropriate council for approval. Contracts are signed off and we are ready to begin construction.

We carry out safety induction for the clients to visit the site to witness the progress on the build project.

3

Construction

The build stage is all about clear communication with our clients, subcontractors, suppliers and council/s. The project manager monitors progress and are responsible for organising inspections and ensure they happen. During this stage we work closely with key tradespeople to ensure a seamless build and delivering a quality, robust home or building, on time and on budget.

4

Turnkey

Final inspections are held with the clients and council to ensure every aspect of your building is up to standard – it’s not finished until it’s finished.  We guarantee our work and are committed to handing over a building with a high standard of finish and compliance.

We provide further peace of mind with a 12 month post construction evaluation where we will address any issues that may have arisen since house completion as it ‘settles’ into its site. This is on top of the standard industry guarantees provided.
