We will reward the referrer with a gift valued at 1% of the total contract value and yes, you can refer yourself too!

For example, if we sign a contract of $500,000 with a client you referred to us, we will reward you with a gift valued at $5000.

Information on how to register a referral and be awarded a referral fee or “prize” form part of these Conditions to qualify.

Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

Entry is open to all persons who refer another person to Kettleridge Homes. You can refer yourself or someone in your household.

To qualify for a prize, the referred must spend $30,000 or more during this period on a new build or alteration.

There is no limit on the number of referrals one person can submit.

Prize rewards listed are incentives only for values on offer and remain subject to availability and price fluctuations.

Referrers who qualify for a prize reward will be contacted by Kettleridge Homes to notify them when the prize is available for collection, or to arrange delivery. This will be agreed upon after signing of the referral and deposit paid.

In the event of multiple people referring the same person, only one referrer will be awarded the referral gift. The single referral gift will be decided based on the service policy whereby the referral entries are attended to in the order they arrived, without other biases or preferences – essentially a first in basis.

In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, the Promotor’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entry into the referral process deems consent to use referrer’s names and photographs for any promotional marketing purposes, including publishing of these details on, but not limited to, Kettleridge Homes website and Facebook page.

Referral prizes are incentives only for the value on offer, which is 1% of the contract value GST exclusive to the value of $7500.

The value will be paid out in vouchers to various stores and agencies, such as Air New Zealand. Exceptions can be made, but this is at the promotor’s discretion.

Kettleridge Homes reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions.
