We understand that undergoing a new build project can be overwhelming as much as it is exciting. We will work closely with you from the initial design stages through to completion. We will help you make informed decisions about the best materials to use and the best fixtures for your build.

We guarantee that we will keep you up to date every step of the way. With fortnightly updates via email, we can assure  that you will be well informed on the progress of your project at all times.

To avoid unpleasant surprises along the way, we offer a fixed-price contract from the foundations to fixtures that allows you to budget for all the costs. If you make variations throughout the build, we will price them accordingly and send you the quote for approval before any variation works begin. This will allow you to fit them in your budget.
